Adding Fun to My Fitness Routine
Here is my new idea for adding a little fun to my fitness plan. I would love to learn to belly dance. This is the DVD I got. It's had so-so reviews, but I am just looking for some basics. I'm not really planning to use it for a hard core cardio workout or anything. Maybe I'll get some toning benefits from it, maybe it will just get me in tune with my body and be fun!

When you first star this video it seems all nice and flowy. It takes about ten minutes to realize that these demon chicks never drop their arms below their waist.
Other than the arm shaking, it also makes you feel kind of sexy.
Ohhh that video looks fun! I hope to see a review on how you like it.
